Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Planck Bot ("the Bot", "the Service", "our Service"), a Discord bot operated by us ("we", "us", "our"). By adding Planck Bot to your Discord server, using any of its commands, or interacting with the Bot in any way, you ("you", "your", "user") agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Bot and remove it from any Discord servers under your control. We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time with 30 days notice as described in Section 6. Your continued use of the Bot after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Prohibited Activities

You are not allowed to:

• Use macros or automation: No automated scripts, bots, or macros to interact with Planck Bot
• Violate Discord's Terms: Anything that breaks Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines is prohibited
• Exploit or abuse: No attempting to hack, exploit, or manipulate the bot's systems
• Share accounts: Do not share, sell, or transfer your bot progress or currency

3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the bot at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to violations of these terms or Discord's Terms of Service.

4. Service Disclaimer

Planck Bot is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability: We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements
• Fitness for Purpose: We do not warrant that the Service is suitable for any particular use
• Non-infringement: We do not guarantee that the Service will not infringe third-party rights
• Availability: We make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or uninterrupted service
• Data Integrity: We do not guarantee the preservation, accuracy, or security of your data
• Error-Free Operation: The Service may contain bugs, errors, or other issues

Use at Your Own Risk: You acknowledge that your use of Planck Bot is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss of data, progress, virtual currency, or any other information stored or processed by the Bot. The Service may be discontinued, modified, or become unavailable at any time without notice.

No Liability: Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.

Third-Party Dependencies: The Bot operates on Discord's platform and may be affected by Discord's service availability, updates, or policy changes. We are not responsible for any issues arising from Discord's service or any other third-party dependencies.

Beta/Development Status: Planck Bot is under active development and may contain experimental features, bugs, or undergo significant changes. Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice.

5. Discord Terms Compliance

By using Planck Bot, you also agree to comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes to these Terms, we will:

• Post the updated Terms on this website
• Announce the changes in our Discord server
• Provide at least 30 days notice before the changes take effect
• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document

Your continued use of Planck Bot after the 30-day notice period constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Bot before the changes take effect.
